Partner across teams to build integrated programs
Collaborate with product marketing, research, creative, demand gen, comms, sales, and senior leadership to align content with business strategy, priority audiences, and key company moments.
Optimize content for engagement and performance
Use analytics tools, market research, and audience insights to improve messaging and ensure content is optimized for SEO, GEO, and other performance levers to reach key audiences and maximize impact.
What you’ll bring:
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing or communications roles, with a strong understanding of how content influences the marketing funnel. Experience in both startup and mature organizations is ideal.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging narratives for a wide range of audiences.
Ability to distill technical information into compelling, human-centered content that makes complex topics exciting.
You are energized by diving into unfamiliar topics, learning fast, and translating what you learn into content that informs and inspires.
You know how to both write and engineer content using AI tools to accelerate creative development and expand what is possible.
Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics tools to evaluate content performance and inform decision-making.
Proficiency with CMS platforms, SEO tools, analytics systems, and project management tools.
Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct reporting lines across lifecycle, product marketing, content, creative, product and sales.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a get things done attitude and an ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Experience in the visual media or creative tools ecosystem is a plus.
Sharing a portfolio of previous writing, socials campaigns, and thought leadership examples required.

You will partner with product marketing, creative, demand gen, lifecycle, research, and the executive team to translate technical concepts into accessible, inspiring content that aligns to business objectives. In this role, your work will help the broader creative production ecosystem understand and adopt the products shaping the future of professional creative work.
This is not a traditional content role. You will be an AI-forward creator who blends strategic thinking with creative exploration. You will use AI tools not only to expand your creative range and accelerate production, but to shape how enterprise buyers understand what is possible with generative AI. If you naturally go deep on new subjects and then can’t wait to share what you’ve learned, think in content formats, and devour news about the AI landscape, you will thrive in this role.
As we continue to scale, change will be a constant. While this job description reflects what you will focus on today, the role will naturally evolve as our business grows and the market matures.
What you’ll do:
Develop Stability AI’s core narratives
Craft compelling, accessible product and brand narratives that translate technical concepts into clear, inspiring stories for enterprise buyers and other key audiences.
Steward of brand storytelling
Collaborate with the creative team to craft narrative ideas that evolve Stability AI's positioning within our audience. This involves strategic reframing to stand out among the noise and hype of AI.
Lead multi-format content creation
Create high-quality content including blog posts, thought leadership posts, white papers, case studies, how to’s, and other content that contributes to top funnel awareness and increases lower funnel conversion.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is between $126,000 and $175,000 USD. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
